yo,
So anyway today I was yakin with kal and jesse about posting there are tow thing I have been quiet hesetent about posting cause I didn't what to offend any one but Kal and jesse told me not to worried about it so here goes.....
first thing "when feelings get in the way"
Janet studied her bruses, not so bad she thought as she caught her breth. A swolen eye, a quickly greening bruse on her left shoulder and a big bruse on her stomach. She'd had worse she rememberd the time she was rushed to emergency for a concusion. She'd live. she pulled her backpack close to her and serched threw it, good they didn't find her note book that was all that mattered no one must ever see it if Janet wanted to survive high school. Janet tucked the book back into its secret pocket and walked the remaining block home.
...............................
"oh Janet" Janets mom exclaimed as she rushed past and saw her face. Today Janet sported a black eye and a cut above her right eye that was still bleeding. "hunny what happened? Not Britney again, I thought we delt with her." She sighed as she picked up her brife case "well talk later right?" Kissing Janets head she ran out the door. "bye" she yelled from her fancy black sports car. Janet shook her head how many times did she have to tell mom talking with Britney did nothing. Wincing she started the pasta. Bill, Janets dad walked in the door as the pasta came to a boil. He plopped his butt in a chair and grunted something that sounded like "bloody librels" and opened his paper. Wow Janet thought I get two words out of him I should feel spechal. But she didn't. The amount of words Janet shared with her father a day could be couned one one hand. A few minets later Freddy Janets older brother charged in the door. "Jan what happined to your face" he exclamed. Janet didn't know why he seemed suprised it looked normal a few bloody cuts and a black eye nothing new it had been like that since fifth grade. But so had the rutual. Playing along Janet shrugged and sturred the pasta"nothin." She wondered why they played this game it was dumb. He pertemded she didn't look like this everyday and asked questions. She pertended nothing happened. Maby he thought he could make up for the point that dad never talked to her and mom was too busy being a lawyer to asked the questions. But he couldn't.
..............................................
Janet listened too mach sure no one was awake. She flicked her flash light on and pulled out her journal and wrote.
Dear Journal,
Its geting worse today was harder than normal why cant I get over the fact Britney hates me? Maby I can't get over the face that my best friend has been eaten by society. I mean she told me she wouldn't juge me when we told our secrets that fatefull day in grade five. maby some secrets arent ment to be told no matter how much you truse the person. She beats me up everyday but I still.....
Janet shoved her journal under her pillow as the sound of the keys in the door was heard. A moment later Janets mom walked in softly she opened Janets door. Janet pertened to sleep peacefully. How could she tell her mom? There where no words to describ how Janet felt.
...............................................
Janet buried her head in her english book. She could feel the soft brown eyes of Britney on her back. Boring holes into her head. Janet sighed Briteny had the nicest eyes she just wished they wouldn't look at her with so much hatered. Glanceing down Janet read the assignment "tell how Juleut felt when she woke up and found her lover {romao} dead?" Janet thought hard and wrote "it was forbiden love but they still had emense love for each other she should have felt pleased that he wold kill himself for her." Tearing the page out she realized feelings, she felt a sudden hate for feelings. They got in the way and complecated things she sighed and snaped her english book shut as the bell reang great homework tonight. Walking to math class she dicided she would scip it. Janet didn't usualy scip classes maby a few gym classes but never math. She dumped her stuff in her locker and walked towards the washroom. Locking her self in a stall she pulled out her Journal.
Dear journal,
I'm going crazy! Today Britney sat behind me and I could feel her eyes gaping at me. Ever since I told her I.......
Janets writing was interupted by the washroom door bursting open quickly she hid the book away. Janet hald her breath and hoped the girl would go away but whoever it was she wasn't leaving. Carefully Janet pulled the door open there standing with her back to Janet was Britney, her long golden hair falling softly down her back. She seemed to be crying. Janet decided to take a chance, to do something she hadn't done in a long time. Softly Janet crept up behind her "Brit? are you okay?" Not turning around Britney shook her head. "whats wrong?"Bretneys shoulders shook "my, my... Michael broke up with me"
Janet grimaced heart break so what she felt it every day. Slowly britney turned around and huged Janet. Janets eyes widened as a small shiver ran threw her body. Janet could stay like that forever. Slowly Britney pulled away to look at her former best friend. "i'm so sorry I know it must be hard and, and." she burst in to a freash set of tears seeing the large scar from the concuion. "It's ok Brit I know you didn't mean it." "but thats just it," she cryed "I did." Janets heart felt more exposed than ever. Normaly it lived in a nice little cage or a sort of locked box but today standing in the old unused washroom hugging the girl who for the last 5 years beat her up everyday {not including holladays.} It felt free. They stood there just looking at each other. Then Britney did something so unexpected Janet amost jumped back. Britney leaned in a kissed her. Fire exploded all threw out Janets body. Britney suprised her self kissing Janet but it seemed right. Janet drew away and gave Britney a smile then they kissed again. The door flung open and the counciler walked in she stared in shock. There stood Britney and Janet the two poeple she would never even think to see together never mind what we'r they Kissing! The counciler, Mrs. cole ran forward and pulled the girs off each other "what the hell do you think you'r doin?" She screamed. Years of therapy and she still was afaird of byesexuals. It was iratioal but she still dreaded to tuch them. Janet spoke up first "kissing whats it look like?"
"Get to your classes." Mrs. Cole yelled.
.........................................
Over the old staticy intercom a voice could be dicifered "Janet Hawkins and Britney Lexdal please report to the office, Janet Hawkins and Britney Laxdal please report to thew office" Slowly Janet made her way threw the halls. It had been a day since "the kiss" on her way home Britney had actualy steped out of the bush not to beat her up but to walk home with her. They had both hoped Mrs. cole had forgoten what she had seen but Mrs. Cole hadn't. The door office creaked open. The secretary pionted to another door. The councilers ofice. There sat Britney, Britneys mom, another woman, Mrs. Cole, Janets mom, Janets dad, the princalbe and several other adults. "Janet please have a seat." Janet could have swore her dad had said it but who knows. "I have called this meeting to discuse a problem that has come to my atention." Mrs. Cole adressed the princabul. "Yes, Jerry whats this all about?" "I caught these to girls....." Everyone leaned in to hear what Jerry/Mrs. cole had to say she shudered and continued "kissing." The room was silent. "You called me hear to tell me my daughters a lesbain?" Britneys mom asked. "yes." Mrs. Cole nodded. "Now I sugest therapy." Mrs. Cole started but was interupted. "You what to put my kid in therapy because she likes girls?" The other lady with Britneys mom asked. "your kid?" Mrs. Cole asked. "yes." Britneys mom awnsered. "I'm a lesbian." Mrs. cole eyes widend in fear. "you, you what?" Mrs. Lexdal nodded. "this is my partner Linda." Linda smiled. Janet was suprised she had known Britneys mom broke up with her dad but.... wow. The mood wich had slowly been shifted to calmer was suddenly shifted again. "My daughters not a lesbian!" Janet stared at her mom in dismay. "she would never kiss another girl especaly one who bet her up everyday!" Janet took a deep breath "mom I am a lesbain I like Briteny and I will continue to like her." Her mom stared at her in shock. "Janet its ok we still love you." It was Janets turn to stare her dad had spoke up for once. Britney gazed across the room " I liked Janet since the day she told me she liked me more than a friend but I couldn't exept I was different. I thought my friends would hate me so I hid it and took it out on Janet." Every one was silent. "I forgive you." Janet smiled. Britney ran over to Janet and hugged her. "Get your hands off my daughter you, you girl!" Janets mom yelled. "lorry." Janets dad warned, "if this makes Janet happy then leave her be." Mrs. Cole who had been silent yelled "This is wrong!" The princable looked at her "ohh Jerry shut up."
Mrs. Cole shut up.

Yay! Last nights I picked the henna off my hand so I can move it now!
It actuality hurt to move it. I was surprised cause it hurt so much. But I got a cool temporary tattoo so all fair in love and war..... I'm wondering where that camp from? Oh well now you guys have to suffer through another part in my story LOL! I've been trying different styes of writing and the one I used last time is getting boring so I hope you don't mind this is from Kylaia's perspective and not a narraration. You'll have to tell me which 1 you like better.
As the sun rose painting the sky firery red, shimmerng gold, and a robins egg blue I came upon a bridges. It was large and well crafted oh my I thought as I drew nearer. This is it! A traveler had recently stopped in my village telling tales of this bridgs and what a wonder it was. Funny it was probably only a week ago but I felt like it had been forever. Thinking about his words I ran to meet the bridges. My eyes popped as I relished it was stone! I had never seen a bridges so large made of stone before. The bridges its self was probably a mile long! Ok maybe not. But I was blow away. I had only ventured to the next city for the solstice celebrations. So I hadn't seen many bridges. Running my hand over its strange surface I marveled it was smooth and there where strange carvings in it. Wondering I smiled I wish I could read it I sighed I was rumored to tell tales of courageous men and women who had walked the bridges. A small boy stared as I sckiped past I then realized I looked a fool. It was just a bridge. If I was to survive in the big old world I would have too look less new at this. I slowed my pace and closed my mouth. There at least I looked half decent. Sighing I stopped and asked my self who I was kidding. I walked to the side of the bridges and peered over Water wasn't the best thing for me to gaze into but I wanted to know how I looked. I immediately regretted it. I saw my self surrounded. By worriers with swords, bows and staffs one a boy looked ready to charge I let out a scream as he ran at my figure then the image disappeared in a whirl of current. Shaken I held the rail to steady my self. Ok I thought you'll find how you look later I thought as I walked the rest of the way over the bridges. The sight of the tower blew me away. After living in a busy but small town I had never seem anything this size. It was a huge silver building almost blinding me in the light. Around it a forest thrived and swayed in the wind. Wizards where pride full people. They loved showing off their powers and their welt. I guessed what they lived in was not exception. As I neared the dazzling tower I noticed the wizards all clothed in thick blue robes. Each held a magical staff toped with a different coloured crystal. I suddenly felt self conscious again as I realized who shabby I looked. My once stunning dress of dark green was now tattered and torn. It hung with bits taken out of it. The selves which had once been a lighter green and hung loosely at my sides now where only memorizes. What used to have reached to the ground now when to farther than my knees. Sighing I straitened it out well I'd come all this way I was not to be put off by my skirts. I hoisted my pack of persouse unburned items over my shoulder and opened the heavy oak door. If I thought the out side was impressive {which I did} I was soon to be blown
away. The hole place was amazing! Books lined every wall visible, tables full of wizards studying where crammed in. I marveled at how silent they where not a peep escaped the lips of the wizards so caught up in their books they didn't even agnowlege my coming in. I made my way under a golden arch way to a large stone stair case. I had claimed half way up when it hit me! A smell that was neither good nor bad filled my nostrils. It was like rosemary infused with grass and cinnamon. It was magic! I had heard that magic smell different to people with different levels of exposure to it. When I reached the second floor a wave of sound hit me! A almost fell back to the deathly silent floor beneath me. I walked into a scene of case. The blue robed wizards ran about large cauldrons. Some held ancient looking books and others held various ingredients. Some ran mutter things like "more Bart berries" or "where is that blasted boy with my frigy walls?" I look in on at the utter anarchy and soon saw a tall man peering over a smoking cauldron. He had startling blue eyes to match his bright blue robes. He looked to be in charge of this, this catastrofy. Glimpsing up he caught my eye and winked.

Ok so I'm not exactly one to conform but I've been asked to try my hand at this writing thingie. I can't say it'll be good and I can't promise anything interesting but the kids at camp liked it {but I guess after 10 kilometers of paddling in no not the sun but evil rain you can like any kind of story}here goes....
Her feet incased in dusty, cracked leather boots carved their own path throughout the thick green under bush. By the light of the pale moon and surrounded in a heavy fog she fell in step with a silent drum. To her it rang with pure clarity but to the creachers of the night it was silent. Fate beat his drum for here tonight and destiny sang softly but urgently tickets oftrees and vicious brambles she ran on, Hungary for what lay ahead. It was coming, she could feel it. Closer it crept swaying and dancing with the beat. Fate as loud as thunder and destiny roaring her tuneless song she sprinted across a open field. Angry thorns scraped at her once fine dress tearing and staining the blue lace. Her elegantly styled hair had come out of its bun and the silver pendant ripped off from around her neck . But she kept going her stolen boots wearing thin. The only reminder of herself glowed on her right hand. It was just beyond those trees! The point of her journey would soon come! Leaping in to a clearing she stopped and froze. Fates roaring stopped and destiny's chanting receded into the forest. Stumbling blindly the moment came and passed. Confused and hurt she swayed, wondering what to do. In front of her lay 3 pathes, one a one way path to a old cursed manor, another a well worn path throughout mist and fog to a small town and another a rut filled road to the city passing cheery farms and welcoming houses. Fate lead her here for a reason, closing her eyes and letting her senses guide she stepped forward. A strange power drew her towards the mist. It felt right some how, another step. But she reasoned the farms were safer at least she knew what lays after them, a great city! After that she douted anyone knew. But after this village only forest. Another step towards the fog. Stepping on to the path she had decided, she would find out what lay after this village, she could always go back it was just a path. Or was it, it felt like more like a dicition between where she was going and for the time it felt right.
When she opened her eyes she was surrounded in the heavy blanket of fog. Looking up she saw that the clouds and blocked out the moon. The forest so full of life held is breath, waiting. Out of the mist stepped a man, clothed in old forgotten garments. The trees turned creaked and lifeless, the animals hid away and all traces of the moon had left the dark sky. The forest seemed to lean away from this grubby man leaving them in a wide clearing. All of a sudden the forest fell into a deep suffocating sleep. A single wolf howled to the unseen moon . Eerily the wind rusled through the leaves of and the trees cast huge shadows overthings even though there was no light to be seen.He grinned revealing more gapes than teeth. Casting a silent spell over her he unsheathed a Dagger stained red with blood of innocent souls. Shuddering she knew she should fight him or at least try but she was to enchanted by his eyes. In them she saw who he was, a soul reaper. He stole the souls of those who got tangled in his web. His eyes glittered with greed, cold, black and mesmerising. All she could do was watch as he drew nearer and nearer, craving her soul. He knew not that she had no soul to give. Her soul had been slashed open till notghing remained but a gaping wound, it had been buried under grief, dirt, pain and drowned by tears,it was no longer hers.
Nothing was hers anymore nothing but the ring. But that played no role in the soul reapers play, all he cared was she was alive and not asleep or doing his bidding as the forest or the lone wolf. His dagger out in front of him he approached slower so not as to break the spell. Desperately to force her mind into action she tried to look away but she wasn't strong enough. He was close enough to strike her now, but paused. Life flew from his eyes as he stopped dead. Still mesmerised she gazed with horror on her enchanter, tormenter and killer. What was he waiting for she just wanted it to be quick. Then the awful truth caught up with her someone had killed him. He crumpled to the ground and she saw a deadly little dagger stuck out of his back. Life came rushing back to the forest and the hearts returned to the creatchers and a sharp intack of breath could be heard ringing throughout the sleeping forest. The clouds rolled away to revile a bright, full moon. The fog lifted and she could see inplace of her murder stood her savior. There bathed in moonlight stood a man. His white hair shone brighter than the moon and his eyes sparkled with truth. On him where many battle scares each unique and fitting to his tall muscular frame perfectly. A unearthly beautly cloudy him, knowing and laughter hid behind his smile. Kindness was written on his face. He smiled like another she had once known. He looked her in the eyes and in that moment she saw him. His past, prestent and future. He loved compassiotly, fought bravely and was allways was fare. Blushing she realized what a sorry mess she looked. Her wild brown hair had pine bits sticking out, her face was tear stained and her clothing hung in tatters on her starved frame, she looked no better than the dead enchanter. Looking back at her savior she saw he was staring a fire. He smilded dazzling her with white teeth and asked her, her name but all she could manage was a stunned "thank you."
Inviting her to sit he replied "Twas nothing but my duty"
"you saved me, but you didn't have to" she replied
"yes but I chose to."
"Why ?" She marveled.
"because that's what being a grey knight is about." he answered.
"A grey knight?" She asked in wonderment.
"yes, I am Llyd de caech. I am a grey knight." Not knowing what to say she starred deep into the fire. " I thank you sir Llyd de caech. You saved me from... Him who ever he is...Was." Llyd looked down at the man at his feet. "he was a soul reaper, a wanted I followed him so I could get rid of him. Thanks for being bait lady...."
Again not knowing what to say she stared at the fire. A voice, her voice told him she was Kylaia.
"lady Kylaia thank you for being reaper bait." He laughed a deep kind laugh but she was fascinated who was kylaia? Who had said that? Llyd bent over the reaper and drew the dagger out of his back. Kylaia watch silently and was transported to a merrier time. She sat watching a boy and girl. Both looked to be 11. He was removing the same little dagger out of a fish and the girl sat close behind singing and laughing. Kylaia smiled as a younger her giggled and whispered to the boy. He was tall with coal black hair that stuck up in tuft's. Kylaia could have let the vision last for ever but Llyd brought her back to the grimy sean with a "you weren't hurt where you?" Kylaia still dazed from the time hop just shook her head. Comeing to her senses she wound a finger into her hair "Llyd I'm not a exparience worror. you saw how I handled ...Him but if you ever need well help ?"
He nodded "but contacting you could be hard."
Smiling she taught him how to scry for her. Befor he left she had one last question. "where does this road lead too?"
"The wizareds towar of course." He laughed "bye Kylaia." His voice rang through the forest pure and clear. "good-bye Llyd de caech!" She yelled.
From some where in the forest she heard more laughfter "please call me Joneus!" And he was gone. Remembering the wolf and praying there wern't more she doused the happy little fire and set off. From above Desteny and Fate smiled to each other. Their work had just begune.
